I don’t see a shaft in the picture. Does the cue come with a shaft or do I need to buy one separately?
All our cues come with the manufacturer’s shaft. Since all shafts look relatively the same, photos are taken without the shaft so that clearer and closer photos are obtained.

Do you accept money orders?
Yes. We accept money orders for all purchases. If buying through Ebay, your money must be recieved within 1 week of auction, unless you contact us to make other arrangements.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes. We ship to all countries. We do not accept international credit card payments through Paypal. If paying by Paypal we can only accept your payment through a checking account which can take up to 10 days to clear. Otherwise, you can pay by bank wire or credit card by sending us an email for bank or credit card instructions. info@budgetcues.com.

Can I ship to an address other than what is listed as the billing address of my credit or debit card?
In most cases this is not a problem, unless the credit card is issued by another state or country than the shipping address. If you must ship to another address, please contact us before payment.

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is free in the continental US for orders over $100. Most orders over $50 are shipped by UPS. Orders under $50 cost a flat $5.95 (Hawaii and Puerto Rico there is a surcharge of an additional $5), and are sent by US Postal Service.

All international orders pay a flat rate of $35 for packages weighing less than 5 lbs (a cue and small case is approximately 4 pounds). Each pound thereafter is an additional $5. Our preferred method of shipment is through the postal service – Global Express.

How do you pack cues for shipment?
Cues that come with cases are placed inside the case. A single cue without a case is wrapped in foam, and then placed within a rigid tube. To prevent damage, single cues without cases, and with a small parts or accessories order, the cue is placed in a rigid tube inside the box that contains the accessories.

How long does it take to get my order?
Most cues are in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders such as shafts with older style collars, different wrap, a change in millimeter, etc., take up to 2 weeks. Our preferred method of shipment for most orders is through UPS and tracking will be sent from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. Small orders are sent through the post office.

International shipments - once payment has cleared with security (1 -5 days), will ship by Global Express; your order should arrive in your country in 3 – 5 days. The package is insured and tracking will be sent to your email address from USPS_Shipping_Services@usps.com. After it arrives in your country, It is then up to the speed of your country’s postal system.

Will you ship international shipments by FEDEX, DHL or UPS?
We will not ship by these carriers unless you have an account with the carrier. Our policy on this is due to the fact that these carriers will reverse the charges for the VAT taxes if the recipient refuses to pay. It is also our experience that these carriers add $50 as a “brokerage fee” to the recipient and we have seen no difference in the speed of delivery of the package…unless the receiving country has a slow postal system such as Kuwait.

How much is the tax and is it included in the price?
US customers pay no tax (Mississippi customers, we pay the tax for you).

International customers, we do not charge tax, but you will be charged by your country’s customs office tax on imported items. The tax will be required at the time of delivery. Each country has a different percentage of tax they charge.

The Spanish import tax, which is also known as the value added tax - VAT (Impuesto sobre el valor añadido - IVA) applies a standard rate of 16% for most goods and services costing over $200.
