I just wanted to thank you again for helping. I e mailed several sights and budget cues is the ONLY one that has responded so far. A customer ready to buy should not have to wait for questions and queries to be answered.The promptness and customer service of budget billiards has made my decision an easy one.

I purchased 2 cues from Budgetcues.com. Julia was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process and, believe me, I asked MANY questions. Her recommendation on the NEW Ultra Piston 1 was dead on the money. The photo on the website does not do justice to what a well made work of art that this cue is. Even for a low to mid range Meucci cue the detail is striking and the workmanship is second to none. I also purchased an M1 sneaky pete for my son to use, and again, the craftsmanship is incredible. Many thanks for the great cues and I hope that you continue to be the top seller worldwide for Meucci cues for a log time to come! I visited several sites in looking for a specific mcdermott cue & a back up cue. After ordering at one site and being told they had them in stock, I placed an oder but was dissapointed in learning 2 days later their advertised in stock wasn't true. I'm happy with your company's tru advertising of what you have available, and the quick feedback on status of delivery. Your prices are among the lowest I've found and when not are still equal to the losest offered by other sites. What sets you above the other sites is the great customer focus on keeping your clients updated of delivery status and actually having what you show on your website. Lets say this when I ordered my new Meucci I wanted an extra shaft but was unable to order it at the same time. I am the type that my extra shaft must fit like the OEM shaft. Well I was told not too worry about it because Julia is going to measure the shaft now with a micrometer and that the second shaft will fit like the OEM. How many dealers do that for their customers ? Only one, Budget Cues takes the time to measure for a second shaft.. Thats awesome. More to come whenI get me new Meucci.. Thanks Julia.

If you have never played with a Meucci cue do not miss the chance to play with one. This was my first Meucci cue and I could not believe how it played, like a dream. I own Joss, Schon, Black and lucasi not one of the cues will stand up to a Meucci cue with a black dot shaft. Watch the vidoes on the shaft its 100% true and correct. Thank you Julia and Meucci for a wonderful cue. I got the extra shaft with mine, I am really glad I did for the simple reason I have 2 blackdot shafts. Mark; I just wanted to say thank you for your help, and that I received the cue in exactly the order I requested. Since then I have had a chance to try it out (Meucci Power Piston Demo) and I wanted you to know that I believe this is the best stick I've ever played. In 25 years of playing pool and using McDermotts, Vikings, Joshes, and other Meuccis, I am more confident after just a few weeks with this stick than with the Meucci HP-3 that I have been playing with for the last five years. I don't know exactly what Power Piston technology is, but whatever it is, it WORKS. I'm making shots and shape easily that I would have struggled to make just a couple months ago. Thanks again, Mark. I ordered the Meucci Jocker-Gambler 3 que.. back in june 2008. Was shipped to me from the states more than 3000 miles to UAE Dubai in just 4 days...
