Budget Billiards aims for our customers to be absolutely pleased with any purchase from our company. As a result, we offer a 90 Day Risk Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with an item from Budget Billiards within 90 days, return it for a full refund or exchange! Please provide up to 3 weeks for refunds to be posted to your credit card or Paypal account.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges of the return, including any shipping cost that we incurred sending out your original order. Furthermore, any tip change, we cannot refund the cost of those services.
- Personalized, customized, and discontinued items are not returnable.
Extensive customizations performed to personalize a cue are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, cue engraving, joint changes, turn downs and stain / color changes, wrap changes, or any item that is changed from our original stock. Any cues and or shafts that are not standard stock items, shafts that are built to order as well as custom cues, discontinued closeouts and lowering price cues, personalized cues are not eligible for return. Please double check the measurements, spelling, and any other customization prior to ordering. Any special order item not listed on our site is not eligible for return or exchange.
Billiard Supply, at our own judgment, reserves the right to void the 90 Day money back guarantee on cues and shafts if there is evidence of abuse, mishandling, or excessive wear

Returning Damaged or Faulty Merchandise
If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit or appear to be defective please contact us to arrange for replacement. Most items costing above $100 will be sent signature required. If the package is damaged inspect the contents before signing for the package.
At Budget Billiard's descretion - we will either provide by email a prepaid return label, send a UPS truck for collection, or require the buyer's to return the item (at buyer's expense) for evaluation of defective claim. If the item is found defective or damaged Budget Billiards will reimberse the buyer up to $16 for the cost of return shipping. Please be aware that an item is considered defective only when an item is either unusable for it's intended purpose or outside the normal parameters of quality and construction for it's brand.
Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation
Contracts for the purchase of goods by a Customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the Budgetcues.com website, or by mail order, are, with the exception of certain excepted contracts are subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ('the Regulations').
If the Regulations apply, Customers may cancel goods purchased from Budgetcues.com by sending a written notice of cancellation by mail or hand delivery addressed to Customer Service at Budget Billiards Supply 384 Oak Grove Dr, Byhalia, Ms 38611 or by fax to 8778614617 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days of the day after date of delivery of the goods.
The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the original cost of shipping if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered.
The Customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods while awaiting return to Budgetcues.com and to take reasonable care of them during this period. The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.
The right to cancel does not apply to personalized goods or goods made to a consumer's specification.
