Our Return Policy

• You may, within two months of receiving your shipment, return it for a full refund, without a restocking fee. The item must not have been used and must be in its original condition and not modified in any way.
• Exchange for an item which is the same or greater value. Free shipping will not apply on exchanged items. The item must not have been used and be in its original condition.

• Custom cue orders (special millimeter, length, wrap color, stain, etc..) will not be refunded.
